怪獸披薩 Monster Pizza

The Pizza Monster shop owners approached me needing a logo and full night market stand design. It didn't take much research to decide that Taiwanese people love a character-based logo. The owners and I decided on a pop art style monster whose appetite can only be satiate by BIG pizza. He represents the monster in all of us that feel  

that uncontrollable need to devour pizza. 

After designing the logo and brand concept I launched a full design assault on the Monster Pizza's night market stand. I created designs for their road sign, awning, cart, and an interior mural. The results were overwhelmingly popular with locals and students from the nearby university. The 怪獸披薩 Pizza Monster business boomed and they had to open a central kitchen to help fulfil all the new orders. 

After the night market stand success, Pizza Monster started a line of frozen pizzas. I had the pleasure of designing the die-cut circular labels that get shrink wrapped with the pizzas on top of boards. The owners insisted on including a little frozen monster in case customers confused hot and cold products. I also received a quarter of my payment for this job in frozen pizza, which I asked for in my estimate.
